What is The pink Parlour Festival?
The Pink Parlour is a Festival is a showcase talented women artists, crafters and musicians. Bringing them together in a fun filled environment to promote and encourage female unity while providing a shopping, artsy and entertaining atmosphere.
Do I need a vendor’s permit?
You are responsible for registering your small business with the IRS and collecting sales tax for the items you’re selling. When tax time comes around, you’ll have to pay income tax on all the items you sold and pay the sales tax to the state where the fair is held. We recommend that you call California’s department of revenue and the IRS for more info:

When and how will I know if I’m accepted?
You’ll be notified by email whether or not you’ve been accepted within a week of application submission.
Can I pick my vendor space?
Unfortunately No, vendor space is carefully chosen for a better shopping experience.
Will I get a canopy with my vendor space?
We provide space only, there’s no need for a tent since the show will be indoors but you can bring anything necessary to decorate your space.
Would I be the only one selling my product?
We carefully select vendors to ensure exclusivity, categories might be similar but not 2 products will be alike.

What are the requirement to participate as an exhibitor?
All entrants must submit an application along with 2-3 photos best representing their items. A committee will choose the participant. Applicants will be notified by phone or email. see exhibitor page
What are the criterion based on?
all entrees will be based on uniqueness, creativity, presentation and quality of product.

No
How big is the space provided?
8 ft tables or 10×10 space, depending on what your purchase was.
Can I share my booth?
Artists and crafters are allowed to share a booth only for 10X10. However, each must submit her own application. Small businesses may not share a booth.
