The Pink Parlour Festival

Sunday March 14th, 2010 – 11AM to 7PM
Hello Everyone and thanks for joining us at The Pink Parlour Festival 2010
- Load-in for Sunday, March 14, 2010 will take place between 8am and 10pm.
- Please enter through gate #8 off Baldwin Ave and follow sings
- One of our representatives will be at the information booth to direct you to your booth upon arrival
- Each exhibitor is allowed one 8ft table and 2 chairs
- For 10×10 space, please bring any additional tables you might need
- Assigned booth spaces are permanent and may not be re-designated to another area of the
Festival
- Each vendor is responsible for keeping their area clean and free of debris during the operational
hours of the vendor mart
- Remember best looking booth gets a free booth/table for 2011 festival
- You are allotted two wristband (one for you and one for your helper) If you need additional tickets
please pay via paypal to andrea@thepinkparlour.com. You can get up to 10 additional tickets for $7
before Wednesday, March 10 2010, as we need time to mail them out to you
- do not start packing up until the festival is over
- In order to maintain a fair show you must ONLY bring items listed on your application

NOTE: the racetrack does not permit us to drive up the ramp, so bring dollies and carts to carry your items if necessary.
An extra hour has been added to the show (11AM to 7PM)
